How to Delete Your Data

This page applies to Estimates: AI for Contractors on Android and AI Cost Estimates 4 Contractor on iOS, both provided by Quickly Estimates / UZELABS. The app does not create a sign-in account. You can still request deletion of data held by us or our service providers.

1. Email support.contractor@uzelabs.com with the subject Delete Estimates data. You can send this request after uninstalling the app.
2. Tell us whether the request concerns Android, iOS, an AI content report, analytics, a subscription, or all of them. If available, include the report receipt ID and the Support ID shown in Android Settings, or the anonymous app user ID shown in iOS Settings. Do not send a customer's private information.
3. We will help identify the records, verify the request where needed, delete records under our control, and ask our service providers to remove related data where they can. We will explain any data that must be retained.

Estimates, line items, customer and business details, logos, and preferences are stored on your device. On Android, report receipt IDs are also stored locally; Settings lets you copy them for a deletion request or clear them from the device. Delete individual estimates in the app, or uninstall the app to remove its local data. Deleting an Android estimate removes its temporary cached PDF exports but does not delete a separately submitted AI report. Removing the app does not cancel a subscription. PDFs you shared, copies held by recipients, and device backups must be removed from those destinations separately.

Your request can cover AI scope and location text, Android AI content reports, legacy analytics events and anonymous identifiers, technical service logs, subscription and entitlement records, and messages you sent to support. We use Cloudflare and OpenAI for AI requests, Cloudflare D1 for optional reports, Mixpanel for analytics from older app versions, and RevenueCat with Apple or Google for subscriptions. Some purchase records remain with the store under its own rules; cancel a recurring subscription in the store where you purchased it.

Our Worker does not save the estimate library or normal AI request content. OpenAI may retain abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days by default, with exceptions described in our Privacy Policy. Android AI reports are removed from the active Cloudflare D1 database by an hourly cleanup after 90 days; delayed jobs can delay removal, and database history may keep deleted data recoverable for another 7 days on a Free plan or 30 days on a Paid plan.

Previously collected Mixpanel analytics and RevenueCat subscription records do not have a single fixed app-wide expiry. Removing Mixpanel from a new app version does not delete historical records. We process identified deletion requests with those providers; data may be retained where a provider or store must keep it for security, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal obligations. We explain applicable limits when responding. Support messages are kept as needed to handle and document the request, subject to those obligations.
