Privacy Policy

Quickly Estimates (also called EMIN) is provided by Mehmet Uzel / UZELABS. The iOS App Store title is AI Cost Estimates 4 Contractor; the Android app is named Estimates: AI for Contractors on Google Play. This notice covers both apps. Last updated: 28 September 2026.

The app stores your estimates, line items, customer contact details, business details, logo, and preferences on your device. On Android, it also keeps receipt IDs for AI content reports you submit until you clear those references in Settings or uninstall the app. We do not upload your entire estimate library to our server. You can delete estimates in the app; on Android, deleting an estimate also removes its temporary cached PDF exports. A report you submitted separately remains on our server until it is deleted under the report policy or a request. If you share a PDF, the app or person you select receives that PDF.

On Android, app backup and device transfer are disabled. On iOS, device backup behavior depends on Apple and your device settings. A copy you have shared or backed up may remain outside the app.

When you choose AI generation, the project scope and location you enter are sent over an encrypted connection to our Cloudflare Worker. The Worker sends the request to OpenAI, and the generated estimate is returned to the app for you to edit and save on your device. The request does not automatically include saved customer contacts, business details, your estimate library, or a PDF. Please avoid entering confidential customer or payment information in the scope or location fields.

Our Worker does not keep a copy of your estimate library and sends OpenAI Responses requests with store: false, disabling normal stored Response state. OpenAI may still keep abuse-monitoring logs, which can include request and response content. Its API data controls describe the default period as up to 30 days, with possible exceptions. Check AI-generated prices, taxes, and descriptions before using them in a quote.

On Android, an AI-generated document offers Report AI content. If you choose to send a report, we receive the reason you select (offensive, unsafe, or other), any optional explanation, the text displayed for your review, and a random installation identifier stored on your device. The proposed text includes the document's scope, notes, and item definitions. You can edit or remove it before consenting to send. Customer and business contact fields, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, quantities, prices, and a PDF are not attached automatically; text you entered into the scope, notes, or items may still contain personal details.

We store reports in a private Cloudflare D1 database to review harmful output and improve safeguards. The installation identifier also helps limit repeated submissions. An hourly cleanup deletes reports older than 90 days from the active database, but missed runs, failures, or a backlog can delay deletion. Cloudflare's D1 Time Travel may keep deleted information recoverable in database history for another 7 days on the Free plan or 30 days on a Paid plan. The applicable period depends on the Cloudflare plan.

Android version 1.0.10 (11) and later do not include Mixpanel or send it app usage events. The same removal is prepared for the next iOS update. Older Android versions and iOS versions published before that update may continue sending events until you install an updated app.

In those older versions, Mixpanel receives events about onboarding, estimate creation, free-use limits, and subscription screens, associated with an anonymous app identifier also used for subscription status. It may process technical and network information, including your IP address and approximate location derived from it. Our event properties do not include estimate text or customer contact fields, and those versions have no analytics switch. Removing the integration does not automatically erase previously collected records; you can request access or deletion using the steps below. RevenueCat still processes subscription and purchase information as described in the next section.

We use RevenueCat with Apple App Store or Google Play to display subscriptions, complete and restore purchases, and check Premium access. They process an anonymous app user ID, product identifiers, and purchase and entitlement information. Payment card details are handled by Apple or Google; the app does not receive your card number.

On Android, if you choose Redeem access code in Settings, the app sends the code and its anonymous RevenueCat app user ID over an encrypted connection to our Cloudflare Worker. The Worker checks the code, uses your network IP address to limit repeated attempts, and sends the ID to RevenueCat to request a 30-day Premium grant. RevenueCat records that temporary entitlement against the ID. The code is not saved in app storage. Redeeming a code does not create an account or a Google Play purchase.

The app has no shared sign-in across iOS and Android. A purchase made on one platform is not automatically linked to an installation on the other platform.

Connections used for AI requests, reports, legacy analytics, and subscriptions are encrypted in transit. Our Cloudflare Worker has technical request logging enabled. Logs may include request route and timing, HTTP status, resource usage, and network or region metadata for service operation, troubleshooting, and security. We do not deliberately write estimate text or customer contact fields to custom logs. Provider retention and account settings govern these technical records. If you enable Privacy Lock, the device operating system checks your biometric or device credential. The app receives the authentication result, not your fingerprint or face template. The app may open external privacy, terms, and support pages; those sites and any destination you choose for a PDF have their own privacy practices. Our service providers may process information in countries other than yours.

You can edit or delete local estimates in the app. On Android, Settings lets you copy or clear locally stored AI report receipt IDs; clearing an ID does not delete its submitted report. Removing the app removes its local data, subject to any device backup or copy you shared. To ask about information held by us or our service providers, including access or deletion, email support.contractor@uzelabs.com. If you contact us, we receive your email address and message. For an Android AI report, include its receipt ID if available; for a subscription, the last 32 characters of your anonymous RevenueCat app user ID shown in Settings (labeled Support ID on Android) can help us locate the record. Please do not email a customer's personal details unless necessary to explain your request. We may need information to verify and locate a record; provider and legal requirements may affect what can be deleted. Read the data deletion steps.

The Android app is intended for adults aged 18 and older. Neither app is designed for children, and we do not knowingly seek children's personal information. If you believe a child has sent personal information through the app, contact us at support.contractor@uzelabs.com.

We may update this notice when the app or its services change. The current version will be available through the app's Privacy Policy link.
